Unfortunately, this star is also too much. The staff was very unfriendly, the meat was not seasoned and above all cold. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our order! Never again, advertise a lot, but hardly anything is held up. Also not recommended!

There is a hall for small weddings, birthdays, etc. you can always agree, good luck to everyone and health.

Only two stars, as the waitress dropped a scampi on the chair while clearing it & a guest unconsciously sat on it. In addition, there was no response to multiple requests for cutlery. Food was okay, but not very seasoned. Conclusion: service rather disappointing, food average and atmosphere typical of the 80s.

We went to the Balkanhaus for the first time today. And the food was very good. It was cozy and very clean. The service was very friendly, made us feel very comfortable and there was also a Šljivo at the end. Will definitely be back.

Surprisingly good and it felt very, very authentic to us. There were dishes that we didn't know before ... The atmosphere is good and the decor is nice.

Prices are totally affordable (had Serbian mixed plate for about 12e), food is really delicious and ambient is quite enjoyable. Staff are also really kind. Definitely coming back here sometimes in the future.

We went with high expectations and we weren't disappointed. We ordered delicious soup, coleslaw and a mixed plate. The soup was very well presented, the mixed plate Srpski Mix Tanjir done perfectly. I can only recommend the potato wedges as a side dish. The service is very friendly. Tastes like in Serbia. Sufficient parking space in front of the house. We would love to come back.

Pleasant coworkers. Establishment of typical German 80s gastronomy. Eat Croatian cuisine. We had beef carpaccio !? Italian, Croatian grill plate with rice, French fries and various types of meat (not dry) Conclusion: Croatian is ok, a bit tasteless, better seasoning. We'd have to wait a long time for the food, then some things were cold. When a family came who spoke Croatian, the food came right after the order, which surprised us very much. People who were there earlier and waited still had nothing until then ?! Gastro service is even better! But terrace is beautiful. A big plus in summer!

I was so happy to finally find a jugo again. However, I was very disappointed. Unfortunately. Not possible. Thrown in, fatty meat, the rest of all frozen food, without taste. Potatoes as French fries, carved by themselves, unfortunately still raw, Ajvar from the glass, unfortunately only the cheap without taste, Cevapcici from the freezer also without taste and much too firm, the rest of the meat totally dry. A no go for the price. The best were the potato wedges, and they are ready-made frozen goods. Therefore: never again, too bad.

We have ordered and delivered the following via Whatsapp: - Cheeseburger with potato wedges - Balkan plate (Srpski mix tanjir) with Djuvec rice The cheeseburger was delicious, but unfortunately the potato wedges, which were added to the cheeseburger, were cold. We were very disappointed with the Srpski mix tanjir (No. 50 on the menu). The meat was tough and sometimes too dry. The website advertises "100% large portions", but we found the portions to be too small. The delivery was made on time.

We were here yesterday, the opening night. You can guess that not everything works perfectly on the very first day, but as a guest you didn't notice anything - just watch closely. Nevertheless, the service was very good, we were regularly asked if everything was still ok - so here 4 stars. The food, so there was buffet and that was huge. There was a lot of choice and it tasted very good. Much was reminded of the last vacation in Croatia. We are really excited to see how the dishes on the menu taste. We have 5 stars here. The decor matches the restaurant very well, we felt very comfortable at all times. There are also 5 stars here. The bottom line is that we can highly recommend the restaurant (after our first visit on the opening evening) and would like to visit it again. Overall, we give it 5 stars. *** Close your eyes and remember your last summer vacation ***
